Come2hk – Travel Scheme for non-Hong Kong Residents Coming from Guangdong Province or Macao without being subject to quarantine under the Compulsory Quarantine of Certain Persons Arriving at Hong Kong Regulation (Cap. 599C) (Come2hk Scheme)

Welcome to this Booking System.

From 15 September 2021, the system accepts bookings 24/7. It opens the quotas for the next cycle for booking every Wednesday at 00:00 hrs for non-Hong Kong residents to enter Hong Kong from Guangdong Province or Macao under the Come2hk Scheme. Subject to availability, booking for the quota for the same day is also possible, but applicants should pay attention to whether they are able to comply with all the specified conditions under the Scheme (including not having stayed in places other than Hong Kong, the Guangdong Province or Macao in the past 14 days (do not include the period during which a person is undergoing compulsory quarantine) prior to and upon the day of arrival in Hong Kong, or any area being classified as at-risk places that are temporarily inapplicable and that is included in a list published on the Come2hk Scheme thematic website, and having obtained the valid proof of a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result).

Quotas will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Applicants may also enquire/change/cancel about and download their application results from the system anytime on or before the date of their booking.

For details of the Come2hk Scheme, including the application procedures and other points to note (such as taking COVID-19 test, recognised medical institutions and entry procedures), please visit come2hk.gov.hk.

Eligibility for application:

  • Non-Hong Kong residents who are aged 18 or above may use this system to apply for quotas under this scheme so that they will not be subject to compulsory quarantine upon entry to Hong Kong from Guangdong Province or Macao. Applications for non-Hong Kong residents aged under 18 have to be made by a parent or guardian.

Points to Note:

  • In addition to obtaining a quota under the Scheme, a person who is arriving from Guangdong Province or Macao would not be subject to compulsory quarantine arrangement upon his/her arrival in Hong Kong if he/she can fulfil the category of persons and all conditions specified under sections 12(2) and 12(A) of the Compulsory Quarantine of Certain Persons Arriving at Hong Kong Regulation (Cap. 599C). Please refer to this notice for the category of persons and conditions.
  • Non-Hong Kong residents coming to Hong Kong under the Scheme will still be subject to the prevailing quarantine arrangements of Guangdong Province or Macao when they subsequently leave Hong Kong for the two places, unless they have obtained exemption from Guangdong Province or Macao.
